Capa Maumere

Outstanding Service and Great Experience This hotel is an excellent base for exploring Maumere and its surroundings. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful, assisting us with everything we needed throughout our stay. The restaurant staff was equally attentive—when some food items ran low, they quickly restocked them, and when we asked for eggs at breakfast, they brought them to us with a smile. The chef did a fantastic job; the food was so good that we chose to have dinner at the hotel every night. The infinity pool and billiards table also provided great entertainment and relaxation during our downtime. Highly recommended for both the service and the overall experience.

Nice facility, friendly and responsive operation. Room maintenance was not perfect (drip from AC, used beach towel lying under sink) but was clean and roomy, quite pleasant overall. Pool is small but clean and beautifully designed. Food at dinner pretty tasty and well prepared. Overall we were happy with our one-night stay.

A bit out of the city of Maumere, it's the best hotel I found so far. A pity that the maintenance standards isn't that high. Linen, towels, chairs are all a bit run down. There are mosquitoes in the room. The higher category rooms if it's close to the pool are noisy by screaming children playing in the pool. My first visit, didn't have time for breakfast and look around the hotel.
