Gerard, the concierge, was exceptional — thoughtful, proactive, and full of great local insight. Noxy at reception greeted us with the kindest smile and made every check-in and question feel effortless. Manager Heinrich leads with grace — you can feel his care in every detail of the hotel. The views are stunning, the rooms immaculate, and the atmosphere truly special. We’ll never forget this stay — and we’ll definitely be back. Thank you for making Cape Town feel like home.

Went there for their High Tea. Everyone was well dressed, friendly yet professional. Everything was well presented and stylishly laid out in front of you. The bubbles, the herbal tea's and the cakes were out of this world. The atmosphere is relaxing and the views are amazing. Would definitely love to experience their restaurant next time.

I celebrated my birthday with the afternoon tea at the Cape Grace, and overall it was a truly lovely experience. The setting was beautiful, the service warm and professional, and the attention to detail made the day feel really special. However, I had mentioned in an email beforehand that one of my guests has a severe nut allergy, and unfortunately, no alternative had been prepared for her. On the day, we were told that no allergy information had been received, which was disappointing as it had been clearly communicated. The staff did manage to put something together for her, but it only arrived halfway through the sweet course. That said, the rest of the afternoon tea was delightful, and I appreciated the effort made to rectify the issue. I would still recommend Cape Grace for a special occasion, just be sure to double-confirm dietary requirements ahead of time.
