This is the hotel I stayed at during my first year of work, and I’ve always been impressed by the service. The staff take great care of the guests. The room is spacious, airy, and has no odd smells. The hot water comes on quickly, and the TV is connected to YouTube — we had a great time watching it. For breakfast, we only go for the buffet, haha. My partner really loves Thai food. I like Yogurt and the mushroom soup with croissants (forgot to take a photo). The omelette was delicious than I have ever tried. The hotel is near a park, so we even went for a digestive walk after eating.

From the moment I arrived, I received no assistance whatsoever. I had to carry all my luggage by myself to the room—no staff, no offer to help, nothing. This is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to provide premium service. To make matters worse, I was given a smoking room, despite my clear allergy to smoke. I immediately called the reception to request a room change, yet I was made to wait over 30 minutes before they finally allowed me to move—again, with zero assistance. They relocated me to another building, but the service remained nonexistent. The reception assured me that someone would be waiting at the room. But upon arrival at the new building, I couldn’t even access the elevator due to your security restrictions. I had to beg the security guards to let me in—is this how you treat your guests? Again, I had to drag all my belongings by myself, which is extremely difficult, especially for a woman traveling alone. When I finally reached the front of the room, no one was there as promised. I had to call the reception AGAIN just to get access to my own room. This level of incompetence and disregard for guests is absolutely disgraceful. Is this what you call hospitality? This experience has been nothing short of frustrating, exhausting, and completely unacceptable. I demand an immediate explanation for this poor service and expect proper compensation for the inconvenience I endured.
