Cape Serenity Resort Adults Only

I had the pleasure of staying at this amazing accommodation and I can highly recommend it! The host was super friendly. The accommodation itself was simply fantastic - very spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you need. I really enjoyed my stay here and would come back anytime. If you're looking for accommodation that offers everything you could wish for, then this is definitely the right place for you!

Outstanding! 🙌 10* Our stay was amazing. The room, we had Nirvana, was fantastic in decor, the ambiance was just so serene and super clean! Outside large salt water pool, jacuzzi, tennis court. The resort is adults only, and is nicely tucked away from all the hussle and bussle. Anna our host was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible, honestly she was fab! Can't wait to return. Soon! Highly recommend! 10*

The place is not a hotel but a self catering accommodation. We stayed as a group of 14 family members. However one room on the listing is not equal to the others and I believe it should be highlighted that it is nonwhere near the same level as the other rooms and should be removed as a room on the listing. The family members that booked it also thought the outside block of rooms were wheelchair accessable but there is a step to get into each room. Our wheelchair using family member coped OK with help though. The pool is wonderful but the edges of the tiles are sharp so do be careful. The pool table was on its last legs with very torn felt. We used it non stop until the ball return mechanism failed. House is not accessable at all for a wheelchair but we knew that was likely. We ended up moving some furtniture around outside so we could all eat together by the pool. The indoor and outdoor kitchen are great and both have dishwashers, toasters, microwaves and a big fridge freezer. the automatic gate only has sensors on the outside not the inside so the gate closed on our rental car doors scratching the door of the car. Would be great if they had a sign pointing out that the sensor is only on the outside. All that said, as a family we did have a wonderful time. Everyone else had no complaints about their rooms. Their rooms were luxurious, each came with a tassimo machine, kettle, a plate of complimentary coffee and tea pods and satchets, a mini fridge, TV and really nice furniture. Just that our room had none of those things and it was painful knowing how much more of a luxury experience everyone else was having when we weren't having such a nice time with our basement room. Just remove it from the room list or bring it up to level with the others.
