⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Truly Exceptional Stay at Cape Town Lodge Hotel! From the moment we arrived, our experience at Cape Town Lodge Hotel was nothing short of five-star perfection. The central location is ideal for exploring all that vibrant Cape Town has to offer, but it was the exceptional service that truly set this hotel apart. A special shout-out must go to the check-in guy (unfortunately, I didn't catch his name!). He was an absolute superstar – incredibly welcoming, efficient, and genuinely helpful. He made the start of our trip seamless and enjoyable, providing us with all the information we needed and a warm, friendly smile. It's the little details like this that make such a big difference, and he certainly made a fantastic first impression. Our room was immaculate, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, offering fantastic views of the city. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with any request. Cape Town Lodge Hotel offers superb value for money without compromising on quality or service. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cape Town and will definitely be returning on our next trip!

Poor service, worst check in i have ever had in my life. Parking fee is a reap off, way too expensive and yet the parking area is not up to standard. Mind the parking fee is placed under policy so its not well communicated upfront so that you budget for it. The lodge location and the hotel itself is great. Communication to be improved for better planning.

I stayed at this hotel expecting four-star quality, but unfortunately, it was far from that. The toilet flush was broken, and the bathroom tap was stuck, which is simply unacceptable in a hotel of this category. These kinds of issues speak volumes about how poorly managed the place is. To make matters worse, we were woken up every single morning by housekeeping, even after we had specifically asked for the room to be cleaned after 10 a.m. Despite our request, the cleaning staff knocked on the door early every day, disturbing our rest. I do not recommend this hotel. It clearly suffers from terrible management. 3 out of 10.
