Cape Town Marriott Hotel Crystal Towers

Over the past 7 years we’ve consistently chosen Crystal Towers for our business conferences for a number of reasons: it’s a beautiful, high-end venue that is conveniently situated mid-way between Northern Suburbs and town, and I always love the hotel. It’s top end, spacious, pristine with great service and great conference hosting facilities. The food is always good. The only issue (not related to the hotel) is it’s accessibility from a parking perspective: P3 really needs to carve out a hole in that annoying green fence which prevents you from crossing the street directly to the venue (physically they’re situated opposite each other, on different sides of the street), but you are forced to walk a big detour around a building and then cross back - never fun in the rain or when you’re rushing to be on time.

Fantastic Service From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I was treated to first-class service. The staff was attentive, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. I also enjoyed the food both at the restaurant and through room service, which was delicious and offered at very reasonable prices. However, I was disappointed by the external laundry service. Unfortunately, the clothes were improperly washed, and some items were incorrectly labeled and misplaced, which was frustrating. On the positive side, I was delighted to receive a generous upgrade to a larger room due to my status. It was a lovely touch, and the hotel staff made sure that all of my requests were promptly attended to. Overall, it was a great stay with excellent service, and I look forward to returning, hoping that the laundry service will be improved next time and that I will be fortunate enough to receive another wonderful upgrade!

My husband surprised me with a staycation at the Crystal Towers Marriott for our anniversary, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with impeccable service, setting the tone for our entire stay. The room was beautifully designed, offering just the right balance of comfort and space, with all the amenities we could need without feeling overcrowded. We also had the pleasure of dining at the hotel’s restaurant for both dinner and breakfast, and both meals were outstanding. The quality of the food was top-notch, and once again, the service was exceptional, making each meal a delightful experience. Overall, this staycation at the Crystal Towers Marriott was the perfect way to celebrate our anniversary, and we can't wait to return!
