One of the best hotels we have stayed in anywhere on earth. The decor might not be as bling as Four Seasons next door but it made it up by the impeccably warm, friendly, helpful and efficient service. I loved the “Culturalist” which is a concierge service on WhatsApp which means 24hr service and responses are within 2 mins!! Who can beat that? We were treated like royalty and never had any request to be too small or too crazy. Basically you have a 5 star all suite boutique hotel with a very personal touch that is genuine and not forced. It’s a place where they know your name. Everyone from cleaning staff to the manager would greet you with a smile and inquire about you. I love the small size of it. We never had to wait for the breakfast even though it was completely full. Capella is becoming one of my preferred hotels anywhere on earth.
I can see why it's listed as the #1 hotel in the world's top 50! This hotel was stunning, and the true hospitality the team provides is world-class. Thanks to everyone, the interactions were really great and natural. It's a true relaxing gem in the hustle of Bangkok!
The best property in Bangkok.I have been in different accommodations and I can say that Capella is the best by far. If your trip is a holiday, the location in front of the river is perfect, as you don't feel the traffic and the stress of the city. Professionalism and spectacular service in all departments. The restaurants are worth enjoying, the dedication and treatment of the product is exquisite.
