I recently had the pleasure of staying at Capella Hanoi, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their warm and professional service. Every detail was attended to with care and consistency, reflecting the high standards one would expect from a world-class hotel. The room was beautifully designed, spacious, and impeccably clean. The attention to small but meaningful details truly stood out. One particular feature I appreciated immensely was the automatic toilet with a self-opening and closing lid – such a thoughtful and hygienic addition that added to the overall sense of luxury and convenience. As someone who follows a vegetarian lifestyle, I chose to dine at Backstage for dinner. While the vegetarian menu was somewhat limited, the staff went out of their way to accommodate my preferences. They were attentive, thoughtful, and made sure I had a pleasant dining experience. The atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed, and the food, although not overly diverse, was well-prepared and satisfying. Overall, Capella Hanoi delivers not just in aesthetics but in the quality of service, comfort, and personal touches. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a refined and memorable stay in Hanoi – whether for leisure or business. I look forward to returning on my next visit to Hanoi

He went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. The rest of the Capella Hanoi team was equally impressive — discreet yet always present when needed, friendly, and remarkably well-trained. Every element, from the spa facilities to the personalized service, reflected a level of care and refinement that is rare to find. This stay reminded me why Capella Hanoi is so highly regarded: it’s not just the beautiful design or luxurious atmosphere — it’s the people who make the difference. I leave with sincere gratitude and look forward to returning soon.

Where to begin? We were spoiled endlessly throughout our stay here in Capella! We almost didn’t want to leave the hotel to explore the city on a daily basis. First and foremost, the staff were the best! They were all very helpful and friendly. From the concierge to the spa attendant, they were all so attentive. Then the location and building itself was amazing. Loved the personal touched in each room. The decor was spot on to the original location. Moreover, all the amenities like the toiletries to complimentary mini bar was great! Most of all, the Living room where free happy hour + jazz and daily complimentary activities like the leather making workshop all adds to the magic of the hotel. Will return when we are back in Hanoi!
