A Truly Unforgettable Stay at Capella Sanya From the moment we arrived at Capella Sanya, we were immersed in luxury. The resort is absolutely stunning – from its expansive white sand beach to the elegant, palm-fringed pool. The hotel rooms are vast and beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort, space, and style. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making my birthday so special. I was genuinely touched by the beautifully decorated table, the complimentary champagne, birthday noodles, and cake – such thoughtful gestures that made the evening truly unforgettable. Every detail was handled with such care, and I felt completely celebrated. A special mention must go to the Thai restaurant – the dishes were bursting with flavour, cooked to absolute perfection, and served with such warmth and attention to detail. It was, without doubt, the best Thai meal I’ve ever had. Thank you again to everyone at Capella Sanya for creating such a magical experience. You made me feel extra special, and I truly couldn’t recommend the hotel more.

It's 88sqm, which is already the similar size to a big suite in other resort. Stayed with family for 3 nights in the biggest suite apart from the villas. Everything is so well designed, impeccable attention to detail, the food is so good which is no difference to a Michelin restaurant. The arrival hall is so unique, service is excellent. I loge everything in this hotel.

Took a weekend trip to Sanya, and stayed at the Capella Hotel in the humble bay of Tufu. We started our weekend with a luxurious transfer from the airport to the hotel, accompanied by the Culturalist John, in which little pastries, water, welcome drink and a cold towel kept us hydrated and refreshed during the ride.. After a smooth 40 minute ride to the resort, we were greeted by Michelle, and the team to welcome us to the hotel and were quickly whisked away to our room. Once we settled down, we were amazed at the luxury of space we had, which coming from Hong Kong we were grateful for. We explored the resort, and enjoyed the tranquil setting and quiet of the island within minutes we were by the pool and then the beach! During the weekend, we frequented every outlet in the restaurant, and enjoyed phenomenal Chinese food at Lan Ting, Scrumpteous Hainanese Chicken and. a Steak at the Dempsey Restaurant, and extravant breakfasts at Silk Road, the all day dining restaurant, (mimosas for breakfast are a great way to start the day :) ) The Spa has a Hamam and Snow cabin, as well as wonderful individual treatment rooms, and State of the art Technogym equipment in the gym. the weekend was too short, and there were many people that made the trip unforgetable. The General Manager, Yngvar, together with his management team Dennis, Bas are running an exquisite property that is on a much higher level than any other 5 star hotel in Haitang Bay, and possibly all of Sanya. If you want a true luxury 5 star experience, do not look further, and stay at the Capella Sanya!
