Capella Ubud Bali

Truly one of the best experiences! Everything from the beginning to end was amazing. We were welcomed with such kindness and we were immediately taken care of. The staff could not have been more helpful, sweet and accommodating, they made sure we had everything we needed at all times. One of us travelling has a dietary restriction, and this was accommodated without question, and modified anything on the menu. The room was truly one of a kind, and is an experience everyone should have. The location is absolutely beautiful, you are surrounded by the most breathtaking nature. This was so much more than we could have asked for. The best accommodation experience we have ever had.

A truly perfect and unforgettable experience. The service was top notch. The rooms were magical. The food beautiful and delectable. Our only regret was not spending more time at this resort, although we tried by cutting tours short and canceling all of our off property dinners.

unforgettable stay. it's been more than a year since my stay. i had desperately needed a getaway and this was and still is truly the answer. i've been looking at other accommodation options across Ubud but still find myself comparing and gravitating towards capella nonetheless. i'm not over the warm personalised hospitality of the staff at Capella, the delicious food and wonderful amenities. the tent was beautiful and furnishings thoughtful and comfortable (although the toilet was rather.. gimmicky). i stayed on the premises throughout my weekend stay but there was never a dull moment. the daily activities are well planned and catered to our needs. the gym beautiful (wonderfully empty haha). love that even the chefs enjoy interacting with guests and would sneak us extra dishes "because you exercise so much anyway". will definitely be back!
