This has been a fantastic stay! Two nights with pure nature, serenity, and architectural beauty. The lap pool was incredible and cool with great pool service. Their Cafe Frappe is fantastic! The restaurant overlooks the most beautiful sunset with live music. Not to mention their sublime estate with provence-like houses for the rooms! What a great stay.

We loved our stay. Our room was lovely and all the staff were very friendly. La Bergerie is very nice. We enjoy casual dining and it suited us perfectly. The staff were friendly and attentive. The only negatives during the whole week were that the café wasn’t open, which would have been ideal for a light lunch or snacks, and that there wasn’t a bar or lounge area where we could relax, read or work on a laptop. Freshly prepared fruit at breakfast would have completed what was otherwise a great offering.

We stayed one night at your hotel on our way back to Paris. Before our arrival, I attempted to book a room online at the advertised rate of €275 per night. However, the booking system on your website was not functioning properly, and I took screenshots to document the issue. Upon our arrival, the front desk manager kindly assisted us in making a reservation and even offered a complimentary upgrade. However, when the booking was finalized, the system reflected a price of €396—clearly the rate for a flexible offer, which we did not require as we had no intention of canceling. I showed the manager the online rate, but since the website was still not allowing bookings, she asked me to take another screenshot and assured me that the issue would be resolved with the manager in the morning. The restaurant was full so the hotel could offer only room service (only pastas and pizzas in the menu, a little weird for 5*) The next morning, at checkout, I explained the situation again. Unfortunately, the manager dismissed my concerns, stating that it was likely a “misunderstanding” on my part. The response was not only unhelpful but also made me feel uncomfortable, especially with other guests waiting. In the end, I paid the full flexible offer price, despite having proof of the lower rate. To make matters worse, when I checked your website again the next day, the same €275 offer was still available. This experience left me feeling misled and disappointed, which is unfortunate given that we otherwise had a wonderful stay. I tried to leave a private comment before going on Google , but had no response… Disappointing service for luxury.
