Capital Centre Arjaan by Rotana

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Rotana Arjan Hotel for an extended period of 35 days, and I can confidently say it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and the attentive service provided by the staff. A special shoutout to Vincent, Fahad, Ahmed, Rawan, and Faraha. your dedication and professionalism made my stay memorable. Rawan and Ahmed were incredibly helpful and always went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met with a smile. Vincent and Fahad stood out for their exceptional friendliness and attentiveness, making me feel truly welcomed and cared for. Faraha’s assistance was also greatly appreciated, adding to the overall positive experience. The hotel itself is elegant, clean, and comfortable, with excellent amenities that made my long stay very enjoyable. The staff’s genuine care and attentiveness truly made this place feel like a home away from home. I highly recommend the Rotana Arjan Hotel to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi, especially for an extended stay. We had a great two-day stopover in Abu Dhabi, staying at the hotel arranged by Etihad. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. The hospitality in Abu Dhabi never fails to impress. We were generously upgraded to a two-bedroom suite, which was ideal for our daughter to sleep comfortably. The late checkout—right up until our 5 pm departure—was a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more relaxing. A cot was provided without any fuss, our luggage was promptly delivered to the room, and we thoroughly enjoyed the excellent breakfast, pool, and gym facilities. There was a minor issue with a tripped fuse in our room (1711), but I was able to reset it easily, and it didn’t affect our stay. One small improvement would be the inclusion of some basic cleaning products for the kitchen area, though we managed without. Special thanks to Ronald, Moustafa, Ruwan, and Faraja for their exceptional service. Keep up the great work!
