Great Space with Room for Improvement** I recently stayed at this hotel for one night and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The rooms were huge with plenty of space, and the big kitchen was a great feature, allowing us to save on meals since there’s a Lidl supermarket just around the corner. The spa area was nice, but we were disappointed with the indoor pool, which was quite cold. We had hoped to spend half a day there, but ended up just using the hot tub instead. The outdoor pools were lovely, and the pool bar added a nice touch, although we did find a lack of sunbeds. It's just the beginning of the season, and we struggled to find a spot to lie down. Unfortunately, the staff's demeanor didn’t match the quality of the facilities. It was a bit disappointing to see that many of them weren't smiling, except for the lovely hostess at breakfast. One amusing incident occurred at reception when the receptionist directed us to a far-off lift, claiming it was the closest to our room. It turned out our room was right next to another lift, so we had to walk back a considerable distance. On the positive side, check-in was smooth, with our keys ready, and we appreciated the quick payment process. However, when I mentioned that I left the pool towels on the dryer and wanted to return them, the response from the lady on checkout felt unfriendly. She said it wasn't okay to leave them there but to just leave them they will fix. As someone who works in the hotel industry, I felt a bit bitter about the lack of smiles and friendliness, especially when we strive to provide a warm atmosphere. Overall, while there were some highlights, I believe there’s room for improvement in customer service.

It's a nice hotel, view is nice and receptionists are friendly but house keepers and the person cooking eggs for breakfast desperately need training on how to be tourist oriented and serve tourists with a smile and in a friendly way. The breakfast needs improvement and a better variety. Baths need curtains and the plumbing had issues when I was there. If your room is overlooking the pool, you won't be able to sleep in after a big night out because of the morning noise. There are no bidets or toilet hoses for better hygiene in the bathrooms. Water pressure in the shower is not too great and pillows and mattresses need improvement as well in terms of comfort and quality. Also, unlike most hotels in the world, this hotel will not provide you with drinking water, tea or coffee although they list that as amenities. The place is alright but unfortunately it did not meet my expectations in terms of comfort and being a tourist enjoying resort facilities. This resort has great potential and they should invest on training their staff to be tourist oriented.

Very old hotel! I don't recommend this hotel, especially for families. The building is very old and clearly not well maintained. There was leaking down the walls, and the bathroom was in poor condition -the shower and bathtub definitely need to be replaced. The bed mattress was extremely uncomfortable, especially for anyone with back problems and the pillows offered no support. I saw a cockroach in the bathroom which was absolutely disgusting, The swimming pool was dirty that even my child refused to get in. Overall, this hotel was huge disappointment and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
