Capital Garden Hotel

Before coming here I read the review. Terrible, lots of negative reviews. Surprise!!! The reviewers would be wise to change their minds. The hotel has been renovated. Clean rooms, friendly and very helpful service. Good breakfast. Hope to come back here again. Thank you to all staff.

nice looking room, very clean, warm wellcome staff. Nice breakfast. Although not all of the staff speaking english but overall service is wonderful.

I stayed over for a week and had about alright stay if I would rate it as a 3.5 stars. The staff members treated me very kindly tho bear in mind some didn't speak English. The breakfast were "all you can eat" type but after 2 days the meals became quite repetitive. Every day option was Pho which I found great decent. My biggest problem with my stay was loud neighbours almost every night. Take your earplugs with you because the door doesn't not isolate at all. The loud guests weren't really hotel's fault but I found it to be quite problematic to report the loud noises when the staff member didn't speak English and took a while for him to understand the problem. After that we came to my floor but loud guests with opened door that were blasting music finally quieted down at 11:30 pm.
