Capital Hilton

Loved my stay at the Capital Hilton! The room service was fantastic, the people at the desk welcoming, and the concierge helpful. Bed was comfortable, pillows good, blackout curtains worked, and the room temperature controllable. Bathroom was clean with good water pressure and temperature. Elevators are on the faster side. Convenient location for a conference even if the conference rooms are a little frigid. The hotel’s location is conveniently close to three metro stations and the National Mall. Note that breakfast is not automatically included with this hotel like some other Hilton hotels.

This place is wonderful! We had a 2 queen room that was very large and clean. The A/C worked well and the beds were very comfortable! Linens and towels were also very nice. They had a great TV with streaming services. The location is outstanding - about 2 blocks from the metro, and very close to the White House. We had an issue with our plumbing that was not a simple/quick fix. Their customer service is the best I've ever had!! They had their engineer come up right away (Nicholas). He spent a lot of time working on it so we wouldn't have to hassle with changing rooms. We really felt like he went the extra mile to fix it for us! He was SO nice and helpful! Every staff member we talked with was wonderful as well. We will be back!

I stayed at Capital Hilton and the experience has been truly amazing! From the cleanliness of the rooms, to the courtesy of the hotel staff, to the hearty breakfast, everything has added up to create a wonderful hotel experience! Especially Frank has been key in making sure we had a good time. He was very warm and welcoming to make sure our first stay was great and that we come back for more such experiences! Definitely recommend talking to him to ensure a warm experience! The buffet breakfast has also been perfect, especially the croissants and bagels were cooked to perfection! Will definitely come back again :D
