Entrance looks elegant and one may feel hotel have class. The rooms are old style and this hotel used to be something years ago. Now it is run down place, with late night drinkers and smokers. Rooms are dirty and depressing. It is only a bed and breakfast nothing more. Staff is rude. Location is bad as transportation is problem. No decent restaurants nearby. Their own restaurant is rusty. Not a quiet place, filled with street noise. Not recommended.
Horrible place to stay. The rooms are very falling old style. Rooms are dirty and depressing, bedbugs in the bed (I took pictures as evidences) and bathrooms disgusting. Staff is rude. From USA, first time in Italy.. I got fooled by the pictures and booked it for a week but couldn't stay even for a night and they refuse to refund my money after charging me for the week, I'm really disappointed - that was my 1st impression about people in Italy.
This is one of the worst places i stayed in my life. We got the key to a room that was not ready, hence the front desk said its done. The sheets were not changed just tucked nicely in. Someone else slept on it 100% and they were lazy to change them, got freesh pillow cases... The bathroom was used by a hairwolf before us, filthy towels and rags, hair all over the floor. After complaining they sent the housekeeping staff to buff up the room in 5 mins, so you can imagine how it looked afterwards. The fron desk manager even said this was the nicer room they have... What a joke. The hotel its self is so outdated that it could be a museum with the early stages of hospitality. Front desk staff rude and arrogant! Breakfast the next day is on par as in a monastery, so if you are staying here make sure to buy something decent in the supermarket next door. Cant believe that a place like this can exist in the EU in tge 21st century! AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET SICK FROM THE FILTH.
