Absolutely no recommendation for this unorganised hotel. We booked 4 rooms for 9 people on the 29. December (high season in Thailand) and arrived at the late afternoon, where we were confronted with the fact that our rooms had not been reserved and there wouldn't be any free room left, even though booking.com had secured us them. The payment was done and we were left with no acommodation for the night. They weren't able to help us out, only told us to leave the estate. Since we had a plane to catch the next morning we saw our only solution in staying over the night at the airport, which was very unpleasant and uncomfortable of course. Needless to say that we still haven't got back our money, but instead were accused of having not been checking in at the residence. This hotel is not even worth one star...

They knew months before coming when we were to arrive. The pool was an absolute disgrace. The rooms were not serviced. The front of house person was totally non caring. The service over 4 days was shocking. The property manager needs to be fired. We have been here many times over 10 years and over the last year it has gone to the pack. It seems no person cares about the place anymore. If dramatic improvements aren't made soon this place will close permanently. So sad.
