What a beautiful and majestic resort. This place is stunning. Nestled away on the side of Mae Rim mountain in Chiang Mai. The staff and owner greeted us upon arrival with a warm and welcoming energy. The rooms are huge and artfully designed. This place reminds me of a bit of Morocco and boutique Thai mix. The swimming pool is very beautiful and very clean. Finding a professionally and healthy clean swimming pool in Thailand is difficult. But this pool was perfect. The architecture and botanical gardens look like they were from a travel magazine. The rooms are bigger than most people's entire condos. Highly recommend the Capital O 469 At Nata Chiangmai Chic View. I can not forget to mention that the price is crazy low. I rank this resort a solid 5 star!!!

Very nice, especially for the Price, but it is pretty isolated, very far away from Most activities, restaurants and shops. Perfect to relax tought. I recommend renting a motorbike, as it is way cheaper to move around, or you will spend a fortune going anywhere

I booked this place through bookings, and it was the first and last time I will ever book something through Booking.com the customer service was terrible. My flight was canceled so I couldn’t check in the day that I was supposed to check in I checked, but I messaged them through booking and there was no response. I messaged them again the next day when I was at the airport, I booked the place for three days and there was no response again. The room was really dirty. There was hair and used tissue from previous guest. This place was my last resort because due to the lantern festival all the hotels and everything was already booked in the city center area and this place is really really far. I paid a lot of money for car services so totally not recommended even if you want to stay away from the city center the customer service and the cleanliness is very bad not recommended.
