Be prepared for a basic room with basic amenities. Bed, shower, toilet. TV does not have Internet and is not a smart TV. The club across the street is very noisy on the weekends. Very noisy!!! The rooms are maintained and clean, but nothing fancy or luxurious. The front desk and maid service is attentive. Great price for a quick stay. They have a nice pool and patio area. And a secured gate for parking your car. All in all, I was satisfied with the experience.

Staff very friendly and helpful. The pool is large and clean. The pool ladder is in the deep end and the first step is very high, so it was a little hard to use. The 3 bed room was basic but very clean and had everything we needed. Request a room far from the bar across the street. We had music until 3 am both nights. Earplugs took care of that. Easy to find good places to eat and buy supplies nearby. A long walk to the central plaza—best if you have a car. Parking was easy. All in all, recommended 😃

I recently traveled to Ciudad Guzmán in Jalisco and was in search for a nearby hotel that was close to the plaza. I, unfortunately, couldn’t find any close by that had vacancy but luckily I was able to get a room at this hotel. I called the hotel to verify if they had rooms available; they agreed and we proceeded with reserving the room via the telephone. I was sent a verification text assuring my room reservation. A couple hours later I went to the hotel, ready to check-in and oh be hold, they let me know that they gave away the last 2 bedroom room that was left to somebody else not that long ago. I showed them my reservation and they stated that they couldn’t see my reservation. The woman at the front desk refreshed the site used to make reservations and there I was, my name and reservation popped up, confirming my reservation. To accommodate they gave us 1 bedroom king size bed for 3 people. At first they wanted to charge us 200 more from what we were originally going to be charged. I asked them to please consider the mistake that the hotel made when calculating the overall price. They agreed to charge me the original price that I was going to pay. The room itself was not nice. If you know México, Mexico gets HOT. They had no AC and worse of it all, the hotel is located in front of 2-3 bars/clubs. We could not sleep AT ALL. The noise of the music plus the screaming from those attending the bars/clubs made it 10x worse. It wasn’t until 3am that the bars/clubs closed. Not only that, those who attended those facilities used the room located underneath our room to continue their party. Let’s say the silence began at about 4am. Overall, I was not happy. I would not recommend this hotel.
