Capitolium Rooms

we only stayed in Rome for 2 nights, but both nights with Capitoium were amazing. absolutely wonderful customer service, they are so sweet and very quick to respond! we had a small issue with plumbing, but they were quick to fix it. check in and check out was a breeze. we were able to drop off our bags before check in which was very appreciated. the location is great as well. close enough to the monuments and stuff, but far away enough to where the area isn't crowded. there are also great restaurants nearby. overall, this hotel was a 10/10. the rooms were clean and cozy, customer service was great, and location was perfect. definitely recommend this place to those staying in Rome!

The host/owner Rolando is great and very accommodating. Walkable from the train station although would recommend checking in during day time if solo female traveler. They provided great directions to the apartment and for check in. Internet was out when we arrived so contactless check in didn’t go as planned. No problem- called the number provided and they worked w us to get checked in. Clean and even provided GF snacks for me once I shared my dietary needs. Quick to respond to needing help w safe in the room. Room was good for solo travel or a travel partner you know really well (twin beds were pushed next to each other). Toiletries provided. Great place to stay bc close access to train station. We needed a quick rest before taking train elsewhere. You can walk to some of the sites but if that is your primary goal - would recommend staying somewhere closer to sites if you don’t want to walk. Overall would stay here again and happy w our choice.

We had a fantastic six-night stay at Capitolium Rooms! Our double room was clean and generously sized, and the location was perfect - a friendly neighbourhood just outside the bustling city centre. We were on holiday for my birthday, and Capitolium were kind enough to gift us a bottle of Prosecco 🎉. Highly recommend!
