Cappadocia Acer Cave Hotel

The rooms were quite spacious with balcony. It was very clean. They had served quite a few snacks as well. The breakfast spread was excellent with a lot of choices even for a vegetarian. The service was very good. I would really like to appreciate the lady at front desk who gave us a free extension till evening as our flight and road trips got cancelled and we had to figure out back up options. It was really nice of her. Thank you.

GORGEOUS Cave Hotel, the staff are amazing and super friendly and accommodating. As for the room itself and hotel they are stunning, it’s the highest hotel in the area and you can even see some hot air balloons in the terrace (not as much as Goreme) but we had a great stay here and again the staff are absolutely delightful, thank you for making our stay incredible!!

A reasonable hotel in a good location. Let down by restaurant staff :( . Our stay here was really nice in front of house staff and cleaning staff were brilliant. But restaurant staff :( In 10 days stay we were only offered a tea or coffee twice. It was hard to even get a drink when we asked. It seemed the staff were only interested in the people that were staying for just 1 or 2 nights. Which was most of the visitors, I must say. Sorry, Acer. But the small things do make a lot of difference to the customers' experience.
