Cappadocia Cave Resort and Spa

The rooms are very old - needs major renovation. The bright spot is the staff - all very good which makes up slightly for the overcharge of such old rooms with towels that are way past old; bed sheets that have holes, Tv that doesn’t work & drain in the shower room that doesn’t drain. The view is stunning & the location is fab for hot air balloon rides.

We visited CCR Restaurant for the beautiful view, but unfortunately, the service was terrible. We ordered iced lattes but were told they couldn’t serve them because they didn’t have milk—only to see the table behind us receive theirs just a few minutes later. The attitude felt rude and unwelcoming. It didn’t stop there—they also brought us warm water instead of the cold water we requested. The restaurant wasn’t even crowded, so there was no excuse for such poor service. It’s a shame that a place with such a great view offers such a disappointing experience. We won’t be returning.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel in Cappadocia. The service was absolutely awful, the staff were rude and unhelpful, and the rooms were poorly maintained and dirty. I asked to change rooms three different times because of the unacceptable conditions, but nothing improved. In the end, I decided to leave the hotel early because it was clear that the place is completely neglected and the employees don’t care about the guests at all. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.
