Cappadocia Marriott Hotel

The experience was great, service and quality met our standard, I had the opportunity to travel with a baby and we were accommodated with a cradle and staff was very supportive always. We also received great support from Yagmur in the restaurant where she helped us to get our baby’s feeding bottles washed. Totally recommended.

We ate dinner at the Fairy Flame Restaurant and it was amazing. Selim was our server and he was so attentive and kind. He helped us choose what food we wanted, even showing us pictures. We truly could not have had better service!

Everything at the hotel was great, but the service was terrible. The staff didn't even seem to know the hotel's own policies. When we arrived, we had to leave a very large deposit. I'm not even talking about the price of the stay itself-only to end up being treated like we were trying to take advantage, as if we were going to eat, drink, and then run off without paying. At check-in, we were clearly told that drinks, spa access, and other extras would be paid for at the end of our stay, during check-out. Despite this, the servers kept interrupting us every two minutes asking us to pay immediately, which really ruined the experience. Thankfully, the manager-who was very kind-apologized on behalf of the staff. I understand that mistakes can happen, but not when the same mistake is made ten times in a row. The hotel could definitely improve its service and train the staff to be more pleasant and professional. That said, I still had a great time overall. Apart from the issues with the staff, everything else went well.
