Our stay at the hotel was an excellent experience, largely thanks to Halit, who managed everything exceptionally well. His leadership and attention to detail ensured that our stay went smoothly from start to finish. Halit consistently offered his help whenever we needed it, demonstrating a level of professionalism and commitment that clearly qualifies him for a managerial position rather than just a supervisory role. The entire staff also contributed to the positive experience; they worked together seamlessly as a team and were both friendly and hardworking throughout our visit. Based on this outstanding service, we will definitely be returning.
Awesome hotel experience. Customer service is very helpful. 5 minutes away from walking to city central for restaurants and stores. Highly recommend it.
