Fantastic hotel with very good service! They accommodated my request for a room on a higher floor and made effort to decorate for our wedding anniversary. They even provided us an anniversary cake! The room is spacious and the facilities are great. The swimming pool on level 42 is awesome and you can have a view over the city while dipping in the water. I used gym daily and it’s now crowded at all. Only one suggestion, please provide water in the gym. Will definitely come back!

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — everything was perfectly maintained. The service was smooth and professional throughout our stay. The location is convenient, and the amenities provided were more than what you’d expect from a 4-star hotel. Honestly, this hotel deserves a 5-star rating for the quality, cleanliness, and overall experience. Highly recommended for families, couples, or business travelers looking for comfort and great value. We’ll definitely come back!
I just spent 4 days and 3 nights at Capri by Fraser Bukit Bintang with my wife and our 1-year-old daughter. While the hotel itself is modern, comfortable, and well-located, what really made our stay memorable was the incredible staff. From the concierge team who were always ready with a warm smile to help with our bags and open doors, to the breakfast team who made our mornings feel genuinely welcoming, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Travelling with a little one isn’t always easy, but the kindness and attentiveness of the staff made all the difference. Every interaction felt sincere, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about their guests’ experience. I’m so sorry I didn’t get all the names of the wonderful concierge and breakfast staff, but please know that you were amazing. People really make the difference, and I hope Capri continues to take good care of all of you. Thank you for turning a good stay into a great one. We’d be happy to come back again.
