The hotel is situated in a very convenient place. If you are up for walking along the streets, most of the tourist attractions of the city is situated in a walking distance. Otherwise getting a tuk tuk or a grab ride is also very easy. The room was very clean and very well maintained. The staff were very friendly and the security of the building was also good. They also got a rooftop jacuzzi and a bar. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay at Phnom Penh.

The Cons: • Housekeeping could be more thorough—I noticed some debris left from the previous guest when I checked in. • The air conditioning didn’t cool properly, which made the room slightly uncomfortable at times. • The rain shower wasn’t functioning well, and water tended to leak out of the shower area. Overall, Capri by Fraser Phnom Penh offers great value and convenience, especially for longer stays, but there are a few maintenance and housekeeping issues that need addressing to make it truly top-tier. I’d still consider returning, hopefully with those fixes in place.

I stayed at this hotel for two weeks and overall, the room was good. However, the day before my checkout, something unfortunate happened. I left my AirPods in the hotel room before going to work, but when I returned, they were gone. My phone showed the “last seen” location as the hotel. I showed it to the management and they was cooperative and investigated the matter, but unfortunately, there was no resolution. They acknowledged the device had been left in the room but said they had no evidence to confirm if it was taken by someone. I would strongly advise future guests to double-check their belongings and keep valuables secure. My experience suggests that room security for personal items may not be entirely dependable. Edit: I am adding this note after reading Capri’s reply. It appears they are not taking this matter very seriously. While the room itself was acceptable, the overall experience was still unsatisfactory. You may have conducted an investigation, but it yielded no results, despite your acknowledgment that the item was left in the room. Please raise your standards.
