Capri Tiberio Palace

The Tiberio Palace Hotel in Capri was amazing. The room was huge and I didn’t book anything special. It was massive. The restaurant is great, food was pleasant. The service and hospitality was wonderful. Maria, the concierge, was super helpful with everything we needed and so was Giuseppe. He was wonderful also. Marcos at the bar was simply a pleasure. What a gentleman and professional. He made some of the best Negronis I’ve had. Highly recommend for anyone looking to be in the middle of it all (simply because it’s walking distance to everything) and want to have an amazing experience with a hotel and staff, this is the place to book. Thank you again to everyone at the Capri Tiberio Palace.

This was our first time in Capri and I researched extensively for a great hotel. This did not disappoint! While we were there we’re bounced around hotels (lunch here, dinner there, drinks there) and although there are so many beautiful hotels, I have no regrets with this hotel. It was clean, had great vibes, we got upgraded upon arrival which was unexpected but greatly appreciated! The pool was amazing, nice and quiet and the breakfast was perfect. I am planning to stay here again! On checkout, there was a book I was in love with and as my husband was speaking to the man at the desk, I was googling and searching for where to purchase this book with no avail. He gifted us the book and I have it on my coffee table as a beautiful memento of our time in Capri. First class service and hotel! Highly recommend!!

Amazing stay at the Capri Tiberio Palace! Everything - from the room, location, views & service - was flawless! Highly recommend for anyone staying in Capri, the experience will be tough to beat. We have special appreciation for some of the staff that made our trip special. Helga provided us a tour of the hotel & gave recommendations that up leveled our trip. Giuseppe coordinated our way off the island given there was some weather interrupting the ferry schedule. He turned what could have been a very stressful situation into an entirely pain-free one. And Marco, who provided us with a warm welcome to the hotel & delicious Hugo Spritz throughout. Really enjoyed our time there and hope to come back soon!
