Capriccio Art Hotel

We booked Capriccio Art Hotel mainly for its proximity to the outlet mall, without doing much research beyond checking the room size—which turned out to be beautifully decorated and very spacious for the four of us. We stayed for two days and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. A special mention to Fabio, who went above and beyond to take care of us—offering great dining recommendations (the nearby pizza was among the best we’ve had on this trip and very reasonably priced). After we checked out, we left our bags at the hotel to finish up some last-minute shopping. When we returned, Fabio helped us load everything into our car and even brought out cold water and an ice-cold Americano to send us off on a hot summer day. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Serravalle outlet area—it made our short stay extra memorable.

This is one of the few non classic hotels that provide 5 star rooms and services, it,s prime location next to out let add to it,s value, the staff were friendly and pleasant, me and my family had enjoyed our staying here and will come back in the future.

We stayed in room 207, on 24 June 2025. The hotel is clean and very well decorated. It has a free parking lot and safe. Workers are kind and helpful. There's no elevator so if you have heavy suitcases, it will be challenging. The lady wanted to help to carry my suitcase but I couldn't let her because it was too heavy for a lady. Overall I enjoyed staying in this hotel.
