It was truly perfect. The entire staff was very friendly and competent, but I'd especially like to thank Maria in the bar and Leonardo in the kitchen. Their friendly and welcoming manner made the holiday and the hotel unforgettable. The rooms were also very clean and beautiful, and the location right by the sea is perfect.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, right on the seafront, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We were also fortunate to enjoy a fantastic sea view from our room. However, there were a couple of aspects that could be improved. As we had booked a half board package, we found the variety of food offered at dinner to be quite basic, with limited options. Additionally, we felt the entertainment for guests was lacking. Given that we were in Spain, we were hoping to experience more Spanish-themed entertainment—particularly traditional Spanish music and cultural elements. Unfortunately, during our one-week stay, there was only one evening with Spanish music. The rest of the entertainment featured primarily English themes, with music from artists like ABBA, Queen, and Pink Lady. this was not what we had expected while holidaying in Spain. Spain has a rich cultural heritage and vibrant musical traditions, and we were genuinely looking forward to experiencing more of that. We also made an effort to be respectful to the local culture by using a few Spanish phrases and trying to learn more of the language. Sadly, we were often responded to in English, which made it harder to immerse ourselves fully in the local experience. Overall, while the hotel had many positive aspects, we would have appreciated more opportunities to enjoy authentic Spanish cuisine, entertainment, and culture during our visit.
Went here on holiday with my boyfriend. Lovely reception staff, particularly Nikola, who was ready to help us and was so bubbly and happy, really reflected onto us. The room was lovely, nice and relatively spacious, only it didn’t have a bath which would’ve been nice. The food was extremely good, a lovely variety for all and some basic food items (eg pasta) were there daily but they changed the specials which was a nice touch. Breakfast and dinner are at the hotel and lunch is served at the sister hotel about a 30sec walk away. It’s very well organised however I wish there was more freedom in the times you could eat as the snack bar was 12-4, I would’ve liked it 12-12 for more flexibility. The waiters sometimes struggled with English and were very quick to take plates away which made it feel more rushed however they were smiley and friendly as well. I would’ve liked it more if there was different restaurant areas to chose for dinner rather than one buffet. The location is very good with the beachfront directly out the back of the hotel and in a touristy area as there were 2 other hotels near by. However there was limited resturants and nightlife around in a short walk with the closest being 20mins away down the beachfront which was a bit disappointing. Despite this there was a row of holiday souvenir shops with welcoming staff and lovely products and great prices. Overall, it is a great place to stay for a quieter beachy holiday for couples, I wouldn’t recommend for young children as the pool was relatively small. We loved our stay! Thank you Ferrer!
