Pros: spacious! Good location with a short walk to downtown and tons of free parking around. Price was great for June. We didn’t use the pools but they seemed nice. Was great to be able to rent beach towels with a 10 euro deposit. Cons: showers are tiny and I mean tiny! Bathrooms could use a remodel. “Laundry” is in the basement of the parking garage. So keep this in mind if you are doing and extended stay.

Pro: Nice hotel situated directly at the port. We had a great penthouse on 2 levels with several terraces and a perfect view of the sea. There are 2 pools and it is only a 15 min stroll to the city center of Ciutadella. Friendly staff at the reception. Con: The apartment was not super clean. In high season it might be crowded. The big ferries at the port are a bit noisy. All in all we enjoyed our stay!

Stayed Aug 2 - 12, 2025. 2 bed apartment booked but was 3 bed without furniture in 3rd bedroom. Stayed in Room 7, Block 13. Disappointed. Don't think this is 4* although marginally better than 3* as apartment was very spacious and good aircon. But it showed its age, tiny bathrooms with no extractor fans, stark bedroom furnishings, sofa was shredding foam, tv hanging off wall (a fix was attempted as soon as we reported it but still not properly fixed to wall), damage to walls inside apartment evident, minimal crockery and cutlery in kitchen. No cleaning was evident during the whole stay - beds made, bins emptied, towels changed or folded. Felt like we'd been allocated a duff, less well-maintained apartment that didn't match the advertised rooms. Particularly loathed the beds that were like hospital trolleys on wheels! So minimal and uninviting. Poolside in shade for alot of the day. Relatively small, as not a resort, so this further limited bed space around the pool. Being August, it was overrun as you would expect. Location is good, nice situation overlooking sea and 10 mins into Cituadella centre, and grounds well-maintained. Easy parking and underground carpark (10 euros) if you get back late and no spaces left (inevitable in August). It was an experiment for us and we have no desire to return.
