Perfect location near the sea and train station. Nice rooms with beautiful view. The balcons are a little bit too small but it’s not the problem then you have a perfect view. The personnel was very friendly. It was a big surprise then my little daughter was congratulated for her birthday with the cake at the dinner time. It looks that the employees really care about the guests. It’s also a dogs friendly hotel, our dog was welcomed with nice gift from hotel. Evenings in hotel terrace bar were very interesting with lots of live music. Thank you Caprici for the great holidays! ❤️
Great location for beach lovers! The pool was lovely and we were very happy with our stay. We had a nice room with a beach view, which made it even better. The spa and gym were closed during our visit, but overall it was a great holiday. I don’t recognize the bad reviews our experience was really positive. Tip: rent a car in advance to explore the area around Santa Susanna.
Lovely hotel, staff were absolutely lovely. Food average, rooms lovely and clean, they should put kettles in the room. Whilst we were there there was a fire, we were all evacuated, no protocol though, no register to acknowledge that everyone was out of the hotel safely, very bad. The manager made no appearance whatsoever and just left the poor receptionist to it, by arranging food at another hotel and places to sleep. She did an excellent job, but the manager made no effort to check on his guests to see if they were OK. so very poor
