Very good hotel in the city center, walking distance everywhere including one of the new metro line stops. Historical building with lots of character, large high ceiling rooms. 100mts to the sea and in the middle of all restaurants and tavernas. Breakfast is self-served and looks limited, but if you ask for it you will get a good selection of eggs and meats. Good staff and service. No hotel parking.
+++ - Stylish 1930s suite with a large handmade carpet and two comfortable desks. - Thermostat in both the bedroom and the sitting area. - Convenient location, if a bit noisy. --- - Slow WiFi. - Breakfast of the two-star travel lodge variety: Toast, DIY coffee from a machine, grumpy staff. After day one, I never went back. At some of the nearby five-star hotels I have stayed recently, the breakfast was literally a thousand times better.
