The capsule had everything I needed and was very comfortable and private. What I love most is that I don't have to worry about forgetting my room key card! Great location. Great value for money Luzern accommodation option!

The capsule itself was absolutely perfect - 10 out of 10! The downside was that there were no luggage lockers for my medium-sized suitcase (only small lockers). I also found it stressful to know that I was responsible if I were to be unfortunate enough to lock myself out of the capsule. It is very vulnerable when you travel solo and can risk being left without both a mobile phone and accommodation - there should be a way for the hotel to remotely control the capsule by having it opened no matter what time of day it was. One last thing that was annoying was the automatic light in the bathroom, which meant that I had to physically get out of the shower and into the hallway to activate the light source.

If you’re going to stay at a capsule hotel, I’d suggest going to the one at Old Town instead. I’ve stayed at both, they are similar prices per night but the quality is very different. The one at old town is modern, very clean & there are big lockers for your things & also the bathroom is very big with multiple toilets & showers. This one is not as clean, and the toilet/bathroom is all in one (you literally pull the curtain if you want to shower & the toilet is on the other side), there are small lockers here so if you have a big suitcase there isn’t anywhere you can lock it. The only good thing about this site is that the pod is ventilated but I’d definitely recommend staying at the other site.
