Caramel A Grecotel Resort to Live

Caramel was one of the best hotel stays I have ever experienced and I do not take that statement lightly. From the second we walked in the front doors the service was impeccable. The property is lovely and peaceful and the decor is exceptional. Breakfast and dinners were absolutely perfect with countless buffet style items to choose from, all of which tasting great. Pool and beach are wonderful and a delightful place to hangout and chill during the day. Both of which you can order from the pool/beach bar menu (try the Bao it was super good). The rooms were elegant and comfortable and the beach villa we had was more than spacious enough for the whole family. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job. What really made the stay truly amazing was the hospitality and standard of service they employ here, it was a profoundly unforgettable experience. Special thanks to Alexandros for keeping me safe with my nut allergy 🙏🏼. Only one thing I’d note is it could be hard for younger kids to swim on the beach with the combination of waves (on certain days) and rocky landscape. Overall, this place truly embodies 5 star service and checks off all the boxes. I could not recommend somewhere more.

This is the second year in a row I’ve sent my wife, daughter, and mother-in-law to Grecotel Caramel, and once again – they came back absolutely thrilled! This place is a rare gem that combines luxury, comfort, and genuine care. A huge thank you to the entire hotel staff – their warmth and professionalism make all the difference. A special mention to Maria and Alexander, the hotel managers – their attention to detail, kindness, and constant support are truly exceptional. They anticipate every need and go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Our little daughter adores this place – everything is thoughtfully tailored for children. And both my wife and mother-in-law were able to fully relax and recharge, enjoying the beautiful surroundings, the sea, and the impeccable service. Thank you, Grecotel Caramel, for creating such a magical experience for my family. We’re already planning next year’s trip!

We had a wonderful family stay at Caramel! The food was excellent, the rooms and the whole resort were very clean, and the service was outstanding. Real boutique calm resort. Would like to say thanks to Mr. Oggy for a beautiful complements also all the restaurant team Mr. Alexandros and Mr. Manos. Everything made us feel welcome and comfortable! A few things that could be improved: the beach is rocky with big waves, so it’s not easy to enjoy swimming, and the sunbeds at the beach look quite old – it’s really time to replace them. Also, while the food was delicious, the interior design of the dining and breakfast inside restaurant could use some updating. Overall, though, we truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend Caramel!
