Booking Com is working good when we need to stay optimum price ina great hotel.

Very nice hotel, has a lift and a restaurant. The rooms are clean, have air conditioning, towels, TV and minibar. A small minus is that you have to wait a little long for food in the restaurant. We stayed here for one night, we liked everything

We were there at the beginning of August. It would seem that everything should be liked, BUT! The hotel itself is located on the outskirts of the city, an industrial area (and not the best location), namely near the roadway, which is why it is really noisy in the room even at night because Krasnodar does not sleep. Thirdly, behind the hotel there is a railway (I can imagine what it is like there at night when a train passes) The rooms have terrible audibility. We heard the neighbors below, literally every word. At night, someone with a Caucasian accent was banging on the neighbor's room and very persistently asking to open the door for him. He knocked for an hour, shouted, and eventually they let him in. Also, when we managed to fall asleep with the children after a 16-hour journey after the "concert", a woman with the same accent started calling our room and insistently asking to let some man in (I don't remember his name) We slept for 2 hours and left with our heels sparkling. This is the worst hotel in the history of our trip! The hotel is not intended for families, as well as for those who are traveling a long way and decided to stop and rest in comfort. This is rather a slightly different place, judging by the restaurant and the contingent that lives there on the first floors. I want to add about the parking. Parking in the backyard, something like a street in Venice. It fits 5 cars at most. Those who made it in time, got stuck. The only positive thing about this hotel is the girl at the reception, sweet, pleasant, apologized for all the inconvenience. But, the fish rots from the head.
