Lovely room, cleaned every day, staff is very friendly and helpful! The location is also very good, it’s in the old town and there’s always things happening. Very safe hotel and location! Would highly recommend Only problem was the door knob would come off at times if it was turned the wrong way, and the door was kind of hard to open until we got the hang of it!
Advertised as a 4*, but that would only apply for the location. The staff were lovely, but the hotel is in need of some serious TLC. Our shower was held together with so much Mastic i thing they may have shares in the company! The Roof Garden was closed and looked as if it had been for months. The coffee was absolutely delicious. Shame we did not have access to it in our rooms! Would say expect 2 or 3 * and you won't be too disappointed
Definitely not a 4 star hotel. This is not even a 2 star hotel. Old unmaintained hotel room with broken bathroom fixtures and lights. Not well cleaned. Uncomfortable beds. We bumped into another couple who needed to change rooms because the wall in their room was cracked and pieces of plaster were falling onto their bed. One night was too many for us.
