The place is nice with decent rooms which are very clean. The price is quite affordable. The breakfast is good there is a number of options with a live egg station though the omelet is not really great. The downside to the breakfast was that, the pastries were stale, its like they keep the same everyday u til they are finished. There are no tea options. When it comes to the entertainment area, the adverting billiard table is not there, the table tennis is not maintained as there is only one broken ball, the swimming pool was not working half the time we were there, the sauna and steam room were also not working, the wifi in the gym was not working however they promised to get it fixed not sure if that was done after we left.
It's very well located. The breakfast was good. My room had no windows, was below ground floor. The room was very tired, especially the bathroom. The white tiles had turned yellow and and the shower head was full of timescale. The reception team were always on their phones and although helpful, seemed more interested on the phone screens than the clients . Maybe I was unlucky with the room but I wouldn't recommend the hotel on this basis.
I booked a superior room through Booking.com. Later, I received an email saying that check-in is between 2 PM and 7 PM. Right after that, I completed the online check-in, clearly selecting my arrival time as 2 AM 14-April-2025, which was available in the system. When I arrived at the hotel at 2 AM after a long, exhausting flight, the staff told me that my reservation was canceled because I didn’t arrive during the 2–7 PM window. I showed them that the booking was still confirmed on Booking.com, but they didn’t care and refused to honor it. They offered me a small, downgraded room for nearly the same price as the superior one I had already booked. I explained that I had no other choice — it was 2 AM, I had meetings in the morning, and this situation was completely unfair. I also told them clearly that I would report this in a review, and only then did the receptionist become rude and aggressive. He told me: “Go out and find another hotel, I won’t give you any room!” At 2 AM, in a foreign city, with nowhere to go — I was kicked out like that. I ended up searching for another hotel until 4 AM, completely drained and frustrated. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. Absolutely unprofessional, heartless, and shocking behavior. If you value your time, money, or basic human decency — avoid this hotel at all costs
