This is a budget hotel so it's good for a quick stay. The receptionist was kind and graciously offered me a free breakfast. The location is good as it is near to the airport. Also, there is a decent restaurant which provides three meals and burgers with a charge of course. The cafe is quiet and well-maintained. I would like to thank the staff. I would book again if needed.
Disappointing Experience I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. My booking included breakfast, but unfortunately, the buffet was closed without any prior notice. I called the reception to request breakfast, waited for 45 minutes, and eventually had to leave for the office without being served. Despite the commitment, no one followed up or sent breakfast to my room. Additionally, the behavior of the Filipino staff member at the breakfast area was not welcoming or professional, which added to the negative experience. I expected better service and communication from a hotel of this standard.
