Carbon Hotel

A unique hotel not like one of the cookie cutter hotels of the big chains. My only negative was I had to do some work in the hotel and the ability to work in my room was not super comfortable because the office chairs were more fashionable than functional.

First of all I was very happy with this hotel. Fast answers in advance it looked nice etc. Upon different issues when we've been there I wrote a feedback on which I haven't received an answer until today. Super dissapointing. Especially when you travel as a family with a small child Hygiene Standards: Upon arriving in our room, we were disheartened to find a bathrobe with what appeared to be bloodstains. This was quite unsettling and raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the room. Room Cleanliness: Regrettably, the room did not meet the cleanliness standards I expected. It seemed as though it had not been adequately cleaned, and this detracted from the overall comfort of my stay. Missing Amenities:I had specifically requested slippers, which were not provided. Additionally, the room lacked the speical setup that I had arranged for in advance, which was disappointing. Temperature Control: The room was exceptionally cold, and despite my attempts to adjust the thermostat, I found it challenging to achieve a comfortable temperature. Malfunctioning Bathtub:The bathtub in the room did not function as expected, and this inconvenience further impacted the overall quality of my stay.

Stayed at the property twice. Last time in Dec 2023. The bathroom was so slippery that I slipped. And broke my nose. When I told the hotel they have no reaction except “except we will give you more bath mats to put in the shower” I had to undergo a surgery and the lady at the front desk was not helpful at all.
