The hotel is located very close to Jalan TAR. just walking distance. which makes it super convenient. Parking, however, is very limited. If you’re lucky, you might get a spot near the hotel, otherwise you'll need to find parking elsewhere. The hotel does provide underground parking, but there are fewer than 10 spots available, so it’s quite limited. One of the great things about the location is that it’s surrounded by plenty of restaurants and close to a mall and shopping areas. Perfect if you’re in KL to shop or eat. The room itself was spacious enough for three people and generally clean, but the carpet could really use a deep cleaning. I could feel some sand or grit under my feet, and I even found a clump of hair on the floor, which was a bit unpleasant. On the bright side, the hotel offers a wide range of TV channels — a nice bonus since we forgot to bring our Mi TV box. The bedsheet was soft and comfortable too; I genuinely enjoyed sleeping in it. The only real downside is the noise. Since it's located near a busy shopping district and tourist spots, it can get quite noisy at night. something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper. Still, considering the price and overall experience, I’d say it’s definitely a good place for me.
The Location was 1. Good near to the monorail Medan Tuanku. 2. Basement parking was limited but there’s roadside parking available. 3. I got stucked on the Sunday morning as car was not permitted to leave due to road closure in the morning. When asked the traffic police they say the road will only open for cars at 9am. The room 1. Clean and spacious, linens are comfortable. 2. Equipped with a TV, fridge safety box, prayer mat and iron with ironing board. 3. Ample hangers provided. 4. Aircon is functioning well. 5. Slippers provided 6. The carpet needs a deep clean. The bathroom 1. Spacious 2. Water pressure is good for showering 3. Staff should look into the shower gel and shampoo dispenser holder, it is rusted and I highly recommend to change it due to safety.
The room was good, but the location is not ideal. Traffic noise can still be heard even late at night. Additionally, I strongly advise against choosing this hotel if you plan to check out early on a Sunday, as the exit routes are blocked due to a downtown run. After confirming the staff did mention that such runs occur on Sundays, they couldn’t confirm which specific Sundays are affected. It should be mandatory for the staff to inform guests about this issue in advance, during check in so they can plan their journey accordingly. I suggest the hotel contact DBKL for accurate scheduling information, as guests would not be aware of these disruptions. I sincerely hope the management team takes accountability for this oversight, as our travel plans were significantly affected by staying here. This situation has affected several people: a family of three cars rushing to a close relative’s wedding, possibly the ones in charge of the event, three foreign gentlemen with luggages who couldn’t get a Grab ride, a school van, and myself, as I need to travel to Melaka for work. This is not a minor issue. My journey was delayed for 1 hour +
