Check-in was flawless, thanks to Remi, who set the tone for my entire stay. He was not only patient and attentive but went above and beyond—answering every question with care and even helping me book my train ticket. It’s rare to find such thoughtful, hands-on service these days. As for the room—it left me genuinely speechless. For a 4-star hotel, the design, layout, and ambiance are on another level. The space feels less like a standard hotel room and more like an experience. The branding is immersive yet elegant, with artistic touches and creative flourishes that reflect the hotel’s vibrant identity. Every detail seems intentionally curated to evoke emotion—modern yet warm, playful yet refined. It’s a hotel that understands the power of design to make you feel something. If you’re looking for a stay that combines personality, professionalism, and high-end comfort, Cardo delivers in spades. Things that bothered me : I would have appreciated an upgrade when I asked but never mind my room is spacious I know front office employees can do it , try next time it makes a difference :) especially those visiting Belgium for the first time Security deposits is something they need to look into because honestly it disturbs One more thing I was informed during check in there is a weighing scale to weigh yourself not the luggage so I called to follow up and a lady picked up from the reception saying sorry I am extremely sure we don’t have one then I was like no please check because I was informed otherwise just a suggestion don’t inform a guest you’re sure unless you are … You are representing a hotel brand so please have patience with guests we are not staying at the hotel for free :) Tips There’s a mall called city 2 next to the hotel 5 minutes walk across the street Brussels North train station 8 minutes walk Asian restaurant kitchen closes at 10:30 pm so take that into consideration as I was not told and when I approached a lady at the reception I was like can you find me any opened restaurant now I’m very hungry she interrupted me and spoke to the guest behind me not only that she was like go google restaurant options I have never seen a rude employee in my life unfortunately they refused to share her name but I will make sure an email is sent this attitude I will not slip and when I asked her do you have a problem she said no and left me at the reception she just walked away 🤣 I mean what is this ! I never write bad reviews ever but for this extremely unacceptable behavior from someone that lacks basic hospitality standards I did Besides that …. I Loveeee the hotel the rest of the staff are wonderful , thank you for the supervisor that listened By the way whoever did the branding and interior for this hotel BRAVO 👏🏻

We stayed here 4 nights for the Tomorrowland festival as part of a Global Journey package. The hotel looks very modern, very nice architectural touches which adds to the modern vibe. Reception was very friendly, security kept the surroundings safe during the night and housekeeping did a great job. Breakfast was good, but could be a little bit better compared to surrounding hotels we've stayed at before. The location is perfect, a 10 minute walk from Brussels North train station (no cobble stones) and 15 minutes walk to Brussels downtown and tourist areas. We stayed in a suite with magnificent views, lots of space and great modern decoration. The blinds fully close making it 100% dark to sleep.

Stayed for 2 nights for a trip this weekend. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the room and hotel decor was fantastic. Very clean, modern facilities, and very affordable. Location is fantastic, with lots of nearby amenities, the hotel is directly next to the metro station. My only very small issue was that I decided to not have breakfast this morning, but was told as I pre-paid for this, the hotel was unable to remove this off my final bill. My own fault for over sleeping but I if I was to stay again, I would probably not pre-pay for breakfast on this basis.
