Cardozo Hotel South Beach

We loved our stay here so much! Every staff member was so welcoming and accommodating. Concierge was so kind to hold our bags for most of the day as our flight was delayed several hours, and they were quick to help with anything we needed. We had such a fun time using the bicycles they provided to cruise the beach! They also provide chairs and towels for the beach, which is just across the street. We loved the restaurant too, the food and cocktails were so good, and every server we had was so kind and attentive. Augustina was so sweet and we really enjoyed chatting with her! There was also live music every night we were there, which was so wonderful. The rooms provided everything we needed, and the AC felt so good after spending all day in the heat! I would love to stay here again, and hope to be able to do so in the near future!

From the moment we arrived, Indhyra made our stay truly unforgettable. She was extremely professional, always attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. Every question we had was answered with clarity and patience, and she always added her wonderful sense of humor, which made every interaction a pleasure. What impressed us most was how she went the extra mile — whether it was checking in to see if we needed anything, offering helpful tips to make the most of our trip, or recommending fantastic nearby spots to visit. Thanks to her, we not only enjoyed the hotel but also discovered amazing local places we might have otherwise missed. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless, and perfectly located just across from the beach, but it was truly Indhyra’s warmth, professionalism, and dedication that made our experience so much better. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to come back!

Stayed the weekend once again. Great location. Great restaurant in hotel. Overall great room. The elevator only has 1 so wait time can be long sometimes. We were on an upper floor with a great view however the exterior glass windows are terribly dirty when we opened the blinds to get the beautiful sunlight and really need to be cleaned on the outside with mildew and dirt. Would improve experience.
