Family friendly hotel. We love this place, we've been here two times already. And we will visít them for sure. The snack bar is excellent, the water slides are great for kids. The only downside is they are a little bit far from the sea, but they have a shuttle to the beach, so its okay. The staff was also helpful, and friendly.
Very nice and cosy place, extremely close to the sea. Rooms are tidy and nice. Food is tasty but after a week you get a feeling that it is always the same. I lack Greek fruits and more Greek cuisine. Feta cheese was delicious!!! Very good place to travel with children - pools are various and well prepared for kids. Important - building E is noisy, especially in the evening. Absolutely no-go with small kids, if you have it - ask for a change!
When it comes to service and cleanliness in the rooms, I have no complaints, it was really good here. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the rest. The food in my opinion and that of my friends was simply very very poor, tasteless, small selection, monotonous, the only thing that saves us in terms of food is the possibility of booking lunch and dinner at the Caretta Beach hotel, it is definitely better there. Another weak thing is the bar. During our stay, one of the 2 bars was closed, including the snack bar, which was only partially moved to the remaining bar. Drinks and all beverages were served in plastic cups, well, not very hygienic, especially since there are no straws. Pools, well, there are 3 in total, one of which is a playground for children and the other is a very shallow pool not intended for swimming. The water in the pool was simply cold, the water was really warmer in the sea, which fortunately is very close to the hotel. And I think that the location is the biggest advantage of this hotel, very close to a great beach, in the season in a rather party part of the island near Laganas, here I have no objections. Overall a very average hotel, hard to recommend, looks nice in the pictures but it has nothing to do with reality.
