Actually the hotel is catastrophic,no wifi no ac. The barmen give you drinks with a scowl face. The perfect thing in it is the animation team, they give the hotel a good vibe i like them. Thanks to ( WESS, WILLY,GRANDI, CELINA, MANINO, RITA and ofc DILA. I think if they gone just close the hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel and my experience was extremely disappointing. The service was very poor, and the staff exhibited rude and discriminatory behavior. As a person who wears a hijab, I was treated differently compared to other tourists. While other guests received complimentary drinks and fruit desserts, my request for the same was denied. The food provided was also inadequate for the price of 20 dinars. A plate consisting of pasta, fries, and chicken was not sufficient to feed one person. Additionally, we were only given a small bottle of water each, and when we requested another bottle, we were refused and told to purchase one at an unreasonably high price. The staff's behavior was particularly troubling. They were rude, constantly giving us side glances, and displayed clear signs of Islamophobia and racism, despite us being from the same country. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately. I strongly urge the hotel management to take these issues seriously and make significant improvements to ensure all guests are treated with respect and dignity.

Main pool is sea water which is ok but good to know in advanced. We left after one night (should have been 6). The main reason is the buffet/eating. You cannot get a plate without fighting for one, the people who use the hotel are greedy and aggressive. It was very difficult to get food for children with no plates and cutlery, also they are not washed properly. Some of the food was very nice but generally the quality is bad. I don't blame it all on the hotel, the guests are the problem. They fill up multiple plates with massive amounts of food and then they throw it away and are rude to staff. This means that the service is non existent as the staff are upset all the time and have no wish to give good service. There were no soft drinks (coke,/boga/Fanta) the coffee was awful and cold..... The rooms become very dusty and make your feet dirty immediately. The air con is not powerful so hot at night. This is a 3 star hotel at most, if your willing to struggle to get anything to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner....maybe it's for you. The pool is very large and the slides looked good but we didn't use it because we just had to get out of there ....... This is a price vs quality decision and is up to you.
