Caribe Deluxe Princess All Inclusive

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean and great location. The property is well kept and clean. The staff were very friendly and there was a variety of activities. We did, however feel like most of the interactive pool and beach games had a provocative feel to them which we feel should be for adults only. We also didn't appreciate that our volleyball games were abruptly brought to a halt because every member of the activity staff were told to be involved in the crazy game and often would put pressure on us to join the game even though we were having fun playing volleyball. Also, the evening shows often had a provocative vibe at the intro portion of the show. This time of year we discovered that there is a seaweed plant that washes in and completely take over the ocean front making it very dirty and not pleasant to look at or swim in. The excursion that we booked through the hotel ended up being not at all what we were promised and they did not do anything for us when we reported how disappointed we were. The amenities were great. We really enjoyed the gym with multiple machines to use and heavier dumbbells. We really enjoyed the sports complex to play tennis, and basketball. We really enjoyed the variety of food at the buffet and the different restaurants were a great experience. Overall, we would return.

Where do I even start?  Read a lot of mixed reviews about this resort but decided to book regardless. I can say that right from the start of the holiday, this resort ticked all the boxes. Very beautiful, spotlessly clean, not too big but not too small, little but great touches such as the tropical fish and animals around the resort. Upgraded to the Platinum club, and I can say it's worth every penny. Dinner at the 2 Platinum restaurants was amazing, probably the best A la carte I've had on holiday! Went to the Dominican restaurant and Tao, which was a bit of a letdown, but that didn't spoil the holiday in any way. The main buffet at breakfast had a vast array of dishes, most of which were tasty. Omelette station, fresh juice, tropical fruits, pastries, hot dishes, etc. There are many bars around the resort. Golf buggy to transport guests from one place to another. The beach was beautiful even though it was seaweed season. A la carte lunch and drinks at the Platinum club was top notch with lovely sea views. Staff are always doing their best to make your vacation very enjoyable. Could go on and on about this place, but overall, it was a wonderful vacation. I'm missing it already.

I stayed at Caribe Deluxe Princess and overall the experience was mixed. The rooms were actually very nice and comfortable, definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The location is also good, with easy access to the beach and nearby areas. What really stood out for me in a positive way was Jeffrey, one of the dancers/entertainers. He brings so much energy, charisma, and talent to the shows and activities—he honestly made the nights feel alive. If it wasn’t for him, the entertainment experience would not have been the same. He truly deserves recognition for his effort and how much joy he gives to guests. On the downside, I felt the service overall needs improvement. There were moments where staff seemed disorganized or not very attentive, which took away from the experience.
