Carillon Miami Wellness Resort

We stayed at the Carillon a couple of weeks ago and had a wonderful time! Beautiful location right on oceanfront with attentive staff all the way through. Everyone from bellhop to front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, and the spa were great and showed care and attention to detail. As well, we slept amazingly each night and found it very cool to learn that every room in the hotel had a Jaspr air scrubber, along with the lobby, gym area, and spa plus wellness rooms. It's a great feeling to stay in a place that takes clean air seriously and the staff were excited and eager to tell us about how the Carillon is the only clean air certified hotel in Miami. Awesome experience and we will for sure return!

I haven’t even stayed here yet and I’m giving it 5 stars because of the service I received in reservations by a woman Danielle. We had a difficulty with our reservation. We inadvertently booked the wrong dates for our travel. This was not so easy to change as we had booked an amazing corner ocean view and there weren’t any available for our new dates. Long story short, this woman was so patient, calm , accommodating and all about persistence to resolve our situation. I was amazed. You don’t find that service these days. The total interaction must have been 30 minutes. If this is the service in reservations, I can’t wait to get to the resort and experience it all. Thank you thank you Danielle!

The value is unmatched. When you book, you get full access to the spa, pool, beach, and valet, which made the entire experience feel all-inclusive and indulgent. From the friendly valet team to the attentive spa and pool staff, every interaction was warm and welcoming. The amenities are top tier—the spa is immaculate, peaceful, and well-equipped, and the massage I received was phenomenal. Whether I was at the spa, by the pool, or relaxing on the beach, I was always greeted with offers of water, tea, sunscreen, towels, and toiletries—a level of attention that truly sets Carillon apart. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is calm, elegant, and deeply restorative. It’s the perfect Miami escape if you’re looking for both relaxation and luxury. Highly recommend—I’ll definitely be returning!
