Carina Gold Hotel and Restaurant

The best experience! Stayed 4 days during our Istanbul trip. Cannot say enough great things about our experience. The reception staff (day and evening) are absolute superstars, they are personable, friendly, have the best customer service skills. They are accommodating and give recommendations to activities around town and things to see. They will arrange it for you and book transportation. Rooms were clean and comfortable, cleaning done daily. The hotel is located within walking distance to everything. Breakfast had such a variety of options and always fresh. I can go on, but with my frequent travels, this was a gem, and the staff make this a great experience.

Firstly, I must thank the staff for making the stay a great experience straight away. From the way we were treated as we came in to the housekeepers greeting us every morning. The Turkish breakfast was absolutely delicious and despite the earthquake they were incredibly reassuring and level headed. The hotel itself is in a great location, clean and feels so new. What a great stay! If you’re wondering if you should stay here because of the number of reviews with it being a new hotel, I highly recommend it!

Had a lovely stay here with my sister. Rooms are clean, staff were so friendly, helpful and assisted us with booking several tours. We felt safe, and seriously, we just walked down the hill the night we arrived to be greeted by the Blue Mosque looking spectacularly lit up. So beautiful and close to everything. Thank you.
