I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with all the little details that make a stay special. The facilities were top-notch, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I truly enjoyed my time here and would happily return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and great service! All the staff are amazing specially Mr. Subhi thank you all.
Wanted to thank priya at reception very professional and helpful. Definitely wanted to mention about mercy at reception is very rude & she don't show her genuine service. Unprofessional behaviour and unhelpful. Housekeeping keeping is very good, rooms are so clean and well maintained. Bar staff is very helpfull and happy faces.
simply, from 2019 till now I stayed here for 16 times. I tried all types of rooms . From the deluxe one till the panoramic suite. I love this hotel and it is always my first choice. location, staff, facilities, food, housekeeping, everything.
