The best casino in the city is located here. Beautiful lobby and clean. Top quality but I never spent the night, only visited the bar and casino during a tournament event.

Upon our arrival at the Carlton, we were graciously greeted by an exceptionally friendly staff whose collective efforts significantly enhance the level of service and hospitality extended to guests. The ambiance exuded a sense of familial warmth among the staff members, who exhibited both amiable demeanor and utmost professionalism. Our accommodation was impeccable, equipped with all amenities one could desire. I highly endorse considering a visit to this hotel.

Rating 1 star is my way of alerting the management to the issues present in the Casino. During my recent visit with friends, I observed certain lapses in professionalism that I feel need to be addressed. For instance, the dealers engage in gossip if they suspect you are not fluent in Malagasy. Their behavior is erratic; they'll even laugh if you lose a bet and gossip further if you win multiple times. The Filipino manager should adopt a more respectful approach towards the staff. His overly aggressive communication style creates a negative atmosphere during gameplay. While I acknowledge that Carlton remains unrivaled in the city's casino offerings, these issues are simply not acceptable for a 5-star establishment. On a positive note, I found the hotel staff outside the casino to be highly professional, and I enjoyed my week-long stay at the hotel.
