Carlton Plaza São José dos Campos

Very good hotel, amazing bed and overall room quality. Lacked in a few areas, notably ecologic awareness. The toilet was leaking constantly - easily fixed, even by me. In the gym, the sink also leaked all over the floor, making floor exercises impossible. Breakfast was great, as was the reception service. A lot of parking spaces, and very confortable overall. A great hotel!

Large and comfortable bed, friendly service and good breakfast. It is overall a good value for the money. The towels however could be renewed.

I have stayed here twice now and nothing has changed. The rooms are very comfortable but some of the facilities need to be updated. The bar was not functioning then three years ago and this time recently now. The major disappointment was that the kitchen does not operate on Sundays which is very inconvenient because there is absolutely nothing closeby and if there is something, most places are closed on a Sunday.
